Unexpected connectivity problems persisted past the maintenance window. As a result, the firewall maintenance scheduled for this morning was backed out and reverted to the original configuration.

A new notification for the next scheduled maintenance date will be communicated.

On Sunday, 12/28/2008 at 12:01AM CST, network engineers will be replacing the KickAssVPS.com border firewall with new, high performance hardware and state-of-the art software. The upgrade will last approximately 1 hour. During this hour, you may notice intermittent connectivity to all services inside the KickAssVPS.com network.

Status Update - 11/26/2008

At approximately 2pm CST, we had been experiencing high network latency causing intermittent connectivity issues. As of 2:30pm, we have stabilized the network, but we will continue to monitor throughout the day.
